Tasha Kaye is a food blogger and a health and wellness coach. She is certified with AFPA to be a weight loss specialist, has over 10 years working in health and nutrition and is actively studying the benefits of plant based eating. Her food blog The Clean Eating Mama has won many awards over the past 6 years, including Best Vegan Blog and Best Clean Eating Blog, has been featured in health magazines and is nationally recognized as a healthy living resource. When Tasha is not creating recipes or coaching clients, she is spending time with her husband and son, reading, practicing yoga and working on her Clean Eating Cookbook.

Ron DeAngelo is nationally known for training many notable sports stars, including several National Football League (NFL) All-Pro players and National Basketball Association (NBA) All-Stars, as well as tennis and golf professionals.
DeAngelo has worked in the sports medicine field for more than 20 years as a certified athletic trainer. He is a fellow in applied functional science, making him an expert on the science behind human movement, and has certification as a strength and conditioning specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association, where he also is the chairman of the basketball special interest group. DeAngelo is certified as a performance enhancement specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is a club coach with the United States Weightlifting Federation.
Kamden Hoffmann, PhD, MA is a Certified USAT Level I Triathlon Coach, AFAA Personal Trainer, and competitive Triathlete. Her athletic career started as a recreational runner in college. Several years ago she fell in love with the sport of Triathlon. She has built her reputation as a competitive top age grouper through numerous Olympic, Half Ironman and Ironman races. She received her Bachelor of Science from Tufts University in Biology/Environmental Studies and received her Master of Arts in International Development and Master of Public Health focused on health promotion from the George Washington University. She received her PhD in Community and Behavioral Health Science, with a focus on physical activity for disadvantaged and marginalized populations in the Pittsburgh area. Currently she resides in the Raleigh Durham area of North Carolina, and is coaching youth swimming along with running her small women owned business focused on public health, Insight Global Health , and her coaching company, KaMOTION.
